Landscape Grant Opportunity for Land Owners

New Landscaping Picture

The Cornerstone Development Authority(CDA) offers landscaping grant opportunities for buildings within the Cornerstone District. This is an exceptional opportunity to make landscape improvements at your building with a dollar for dollar match from the CDA, up to $15,000.

This program is designed to promote new or improved landscaping throughout the Cornerstone District. Projects funded through this program include but are not limited to: new or updated signage, new or updated landscaping on the property, building exterior improvements and fencing.

The deadline for applications is April 2nd and August 2nd, for our two grant cycles. For more information, please contact the CDA office at (248) 796-5190.

  • That the Cornerstone District is home to Northland Shopping Center. Northland was the first large shopping center built in the region.
